Key Responsibilities:
G/L, A/P, A/R management (QuickBooks)
Banking, wire transfer, petty cash management
Cash flow management and projections
Managing the payroll process (ADP) and employee benefits
Inventory Accounting, reserve and variance recording
Cost accounting, project accounting
Balance sheet reconciliation
Close month end and prepare financial and management reports, consolidation and elimination as necessary
Interact with RODA accounting personnel
Misc. Tax filings (Property and CA Mill tax)
Manufacturing / production planning
Provide financial analysis as needed
Skills Required:
Experience with G/L, A/P and A/R
Quick Books
MS Office - advanced EXCEL and WORD
Outlook; ERP/MRP, Internet
Experience Required:
7 plus years
Education Requirements:
High School or GED
Bachelor’s degree or CPA
