MUST HAVES:
-AutoCAD (5+ years experience)
-CAFM (current system is "FM Systems")
-"Modular Furniture" experience
-attention to detail focused
CAD/Facilities Planner; a. 5+ years of AutoCAD experience
b. FM:Systems V8.2 or like type IWMS experience
c. First-hand knowledge of Modular furniture systems
d. Ability to quickly understand and turn around sketches to support requests
e. Detail oriented,
f. Has a flexible personality with the ability to negotiate
g. Effectively communicator that can manage deadlines to a schedule
