Client Care Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a professional with a proven track record of integrity and excellence. This key player position requires a person with good judgment who can be adaptable to the ever changing environment of home care. The Client Care Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to client care, including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/CAREGiver introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. This position requires a person with decision-making ability to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. Ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention are paramount.
