A Massage Envy location in Brownsville is seeking a results oriented, outgoing, motivated Sales and Customer Service Associate.
Base hourly rate starting plus commission with potential to earn $9 - $12+ hourly based on performance.
This is not a receptionist or cashier position- it is Customer Service and Sales.
Requirements:
• Results-oriented
• Schedule flexibility is necessary -- evening and weekend availability is required
• Outgoing, interactive personality
• Ability to effectively communicate with Members, Guests and Management
• Ability to train, lead and coach Sales Associates
• Must pass background check
Details:
• Base hourly compensation plus sales bonus

Duties include:
• Providing excellent service by answering phone calls, setting appointments
• Selling memberships and retail products
• Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data

• Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
