Home Instead Senior Care - San Francisco office, is looking for an experienced, organized Receptionist/Admin . We are looking for someone who has excellent telephone and administrative skills. Must have a high level of integrity, strives for excellence, possess good judgment and decision making skills.  This is a temporary position, from mid-August to the first part of Dec 2016.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
  • Answer & route each call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Greet and welcome each visitor in a friendly, warm and professional manner
  • Field new client inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner; enter information into database
  • Distribute incoming mail to appropriate staff member
  • Create and maintain supply of care consultation and orientation packets weekly
  • Assist with payroll mailing
  • Assist Operations, Staffing Coordinators and Client Care Staff with duties as needed
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with franchise owner and colleagues
  • Any additional adhoc projects
     
This is a non-exempt, temporary position. 

Salary: DOE
