Staffmark is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for our client in Frederick, MD, the Corporate Headquarters for one of America's most recognizable brands!
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties would include but not be limited to
resolving product or service problems,
opening customer accounts and maintaining customer records
answering inquiries, fulfilling customer requests, taking and entering orders, and providing product/service information.
promoting new products to customers on every eligible call to promote new services
Hours would be mid-day. Schedule would range from 11:00am-9:00pm and there would be hours on Saturdays.

Requirements
-strong telephone and interpersonal skills
-proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel and Word
-Strong attention to detail
-strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
-at least two years in a customer service environment and call center environment
-able to work all required overtime
-strong math skills
