Injection Molding Technician

Seeking a qualified maintenance mechanic with injection molding experience to work in the Blythewood area. This is a full time position working in a manufacturing/production environment.

Pay: $25-28/hr

Location: Blythewood, SC

Duration: Direct Placement

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am. This position operates on a 3-2-2-3 schedule.

Description:

• This candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, and repairing industrial production equipment.
• Candidate will be required to have Injection molding background for 3 or more years.
• Candidate will set up injection molding tools, follow procedures, use correct documentation, and follow established procedures.
• Candidate will work on all mechanical systems, automation, injection machines, motors, gear boxes, ect.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with injection molding.

• Candidate will need to have basic electronics experiences - they will have to be comfortable using multi meters to test equipment, work inside electrical panels, and work with blown fuses.
• Candidate will be comfortable wiring and grounding out motors and replacing bad cards.
• Must be versed in reading blueprints ad schematics.
• Candidates must have their own tools
