Aerotek is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading healthcare consultant company located in Norwood, MA.

Call Center Representatives will be fielding 60-100 calls per day for specific client employees. Employees will call with questions on 401K, Health and Benefits, Defined Contributions (Pensions)how to sign up, how to cancel, makes changes to investment amounts, sign up for benefits, make changes to benefits, and will also be responsible for answering questions or escalating calls when needed. Candidate will then enter the information from the call into the database.

This position is an inbound call center educating and enrolling employees on Health and Benefits Enrollments for the 2017 plan year.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service/call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to research and resolve customer inquires
