Customer Service Representative

-answer inbound calls from family members calling on behalf of members
-call volume 20-40 calls, but increases during open enrollment period to more like 60 calls per day
-utilize multiple computer systems at once in order to document and look up information for members
-use language line or supervisors for assistance

Work Environment:

Call center open 8 AM 8 PMideally want candidates who are flexible b/t these hours, but will accommodate specific hours if candidate is really strong
-most new candidates will work either the 10:30-7 or the 11:30-8 shift when they are new
-if they work a later shift for a few months they can move to earlier shift after a few months
-fast paced environment
-around 70 people in department
-environment encourages growth
