Qulification
· 1+ years of Data Entry Experience/ Administrative support
· Strong Excel Background
· Strong communication skills (verbal)
· Associates degree
· Ideally candidate will live in Brooklyn
- Able to run personal errands

Job Description
· Candidate main responsibility is to perform data entry (formulations, chemicals, pricing, item # etc.)

- 80% of the time
· Candidate will answer clients questions via telephone most questions will be in regards to tracking number for material, stage of item requested, delivery info etc.

- 20% of the time
· Will help transfer paper files to electronic system.
· Candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and assist him with any additional projects.
- Handle personal errands for owners
- Enter orders in the system and handle administrative projects
