60 OPEN POSITIONS FOR RN AND LPN WITH A NJ LICENSE
Nursing Positions
Our client is looking to bring on 60 RNs or LPNs with an active NJ license. This is a contract starting in September and running through the end of year, there is chance the position will go longer. Candidates will be working from home, spending most of their day on the road visiting various doctor's offices and hospitals in their local area. This is data collection/management position.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
License Nurse (RN or LPN) in State of New Jersey
Clinical Experience (hospital, provider office, nursing/rehab facility)
Expertise with data management (charting, Excel)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Nurses will effectively engage providers and care management professionals and positively affect strategic outcomes related to provider practice pattern and member behaviors. This position requires face to face interactions as well as telephone communications.
- Performs medical abstraction in support of project initiatives
- Maintains productivity level as determined by management
- Accurately enters data from medical records into a database
- Ensures HIPPA and information security are maintained at all times
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with various levels of healthcare delivery system, PCPs, Specialists, Nurse Case Managers
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Graduate of accredited US nursing program (LPN or RN)
- Unrestricted and active New Jersey nursing license
- Has knowledge of MS Office applications like - PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
- Internet usage and email access
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - clinically based and professional
- Professional appearance and demeanor represented at all times
- Effective organizational and exceptional time management skills
- Ability to function effectively within multidisciplinary teams and in various provider practice settings (office, clinic, facility)
- Self-disciplined and results oriented
