Job Description:
The Teleclaims representative is responsible for handling calls from the policy holders and accepting first notice of loss over the phone. Most claims are less complex and the average number of claims taken per call can range from 1-4, and at a very extreme case from 10-12, which could be a call from a family with multiple claims on the same "profile." The bulk of the calls are inbound ranging from 60-100. Some outbound and follow up calls must be made as well. their specific software.

1 year contract
Hours: Must be available 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday
