As a Call Center Rep, you will be answering questions over the phone about Medicare insurance coverage for Open Enrollment and medical bills for health insurance members and will take notes on each call to enter into the system.

Our Client provides medical care and coverage to more than 600, 000 residents in Washington State and Northern Idaho. They are dedicated to making quality healthcare available and affordable.

The ideal candidates will have the aptitude to quickly learn new computer systems and the ability to navigate on multiple screens. You will need to be able to gather information from different systems in order to answer the customer’s questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year call center experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Quick thinker, willing to adapt, strong stress management skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Healthcare or Insurance experience preferred

SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

PAY: $15.00 / hour
