Description:
Experience in performing time studies, set-up reduction, prefer experience with manual assembly lean cells (i.e. one-piece-flow)
Experience writing work instructions, set-up reduction, prefer experience with ProE
Experience leading or supervising lean cells (i.e. one-piece-flow)
All need to be knowledgeable "proponents" of Lean Mfg and Waste Reduction
Emphasis on low-volume, mixed model, manual assembly with entrapments, special processes.
Not machining; not automated lines.
