Warehouse Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek's client is currently candidates to add to their warehouse staff. Candidates will be completing typical warehouse duties like loading, unloading, utilizing pallet jacks, working with hand jacks, counting inventory and operating a machine that cuts carpet. Candidates should have strong warehouse background with 1+ years experience with forklift operating. This job will not require forklift driving daily, but they want candidates who are able if the need arises. Candidates will work with the team to ensure all product is cut to the correct size and the correct product has been cut. Candidates need to have strong math skills as they will routinely be using subtraction to ensure the product is the perfect length. If the product is cut to the wrong length frequently, there will be excess waste which is an issue. A typical day will include cutting product, and unloading trucks.

Machine operation is not required, but useful. Candidates will be trained on the 4 machines they're working with. When there is nothing to be cut, candidates should seek out additional work and help out their team members.
