Sales Account Executive

Job Summary: An outside Sales Representative to sell events for The Great Escape. These events include private parties, company picnics and other discounted ticket programs. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: To energetically promote and sell The Great Escape with excellent written, verbal, and personal interactive skills. Meet all revenue and attendance goals for an assigned territory Provide quality service to all clients resulting in repeat visitation and business referrals Create and submit required territorial reports when due Closely monitor the territory's core programs as well as the park competition within these market to ensure proactive Group Sales strategies and tactics are executed Professionally represent the attraction in all sales transactions and at related industry functions Ability to work weekends as needed Assist with special projects as assigned by management Organize and manage a Sales territory for the most effective use of time and travel Spend 90% of available time in account development and servicing. Responsibilities include individual and group sales presentations via phone or in person Handle special projects as assigned by management Skills and Qualifications: Two years successful experience in a corporate sales or entertainment based sales environment Professional appearance and the ability to effectively communicate with various departmental levels within companies Self-starter with the ability to think "outside-of the-box" Strong people skills to positively interact with customers, employees and guests, exhibiting a "Guest First" attitude Superior organization and time management skills in addition to the ability to handle multiple projects and meet all planned deadlines and goals Practical knowledge of various facets of Sales and/or experience in Marketing and Special Event planning Prefer a college degree or working towards one Strong work ethic and a desire to excel in a team environment A good, safe driving record Park: The Great EscapePark: the great escape
