Hiring RV Technicians and Truck and Trailer Mechanics in Belton, MO!
RV Techs are responsible for servicing new and used RV's and will work on interiors, exteriors, electrical and plumbing (chassis and engines are not serviced by technicians at this location).
Other responsiblities include:
- Effectively communicate with customers.
- Examine vehicles in need of repair to successfully diagnose the nature and extent of any damage.
- Repair and install RV satellite systems, electrical systems, backups systems, awnings and interior cabinetry and counter tops.
- Repair and adjust slide-outs.
- Repair generator systems, roof mounted air conditioning units, propane systems, water systems and plumbing.
- Examine and test parts or system operations.
As a Truck & Trailer Mechanic you will be required to have related work experience. Duties include repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers, hydraulic cranes and other miscellaneous equipment as assigned. The Truck & Trailer Mechanic will also be responsible for:
- Mig & tig welding of horse trailers and vehicle maintenance including preventive maintenance, clutch replacement, DOT inspections and drivability tests
- Parts Fabrication.
- Installation of components.
- Test operation of completed units.
- Trouble shoot and repair customer units in the service shop and when necessary in the field.
- Install heavy components such as pumps.
- Install components on truck cabs, truck bodies, commercial trailers, and horse trailers.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including proper storage.
- Return and dispose of parts after each job has been completed.
RVIA Experience is a bonus! All positions are M-F on 1st Shift. Pay based off experience.
