We are seeking Junior Recruiters to join our winning team who have a sales mentality and are determined to succeed, but don’t yet have a lot of experience. The position is full-time and on-site in beautiful Downtown, St. Petersburg, FL.

Requirements

Our SalesMakers, Recruiting Team recruits the best candidates to represent some of the coolest consumer brands in big box retail stores, kiosks, and events. As a Jr. Recruiter you are the first voice of SalesMakers. You must have a competitive drive and love building relationships. You are a self-starter, with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills. SalesMakers Inc. will provide you with all the training you need to be a successful member of our recruiting team!

  • Identifying hiring needs, working with recruiting team and planning recruiting strategy and activities
  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates for their assigned territories and
  • programs
  • Ensure and monitor applicant pool in each assigned territory to be sure funnel of new applicants is sufficient
  • to meet hiring needs
  • Pre- and post- interview communication with all candidates
  • Ability to place a high volume of calls to prospective candidates.
  • Review, prioritize, phone screen and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Constant communication with Recruiting Manager to coordinate efforts

What You Bring to the Team

  • Consistently meet and/or exceed the hiring goals set by management for each territory and program.
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed daily metrics such as calls stats, and daily hiring goals set by management
  • Adhere to legal hiring guidelines as well as guidelines set by management and the employee handbook.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; analyzing assessment
  • scores; verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Provide a thorough description, of the position to candidates, elaborating on pay, hours, store locations,
  • daily responsibilities and sales targets.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
  • interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Assisting candidates with HR and Training issues as directed by management
  • Advise candidates on the apparel guidelines for assigned programs.
  • Consistently demonstrate recruiting abilities by adhering to scripts and adapting to need based changes to
  • recruiting process
  • Assist as needed with any questions regarding on-boarding and field training
  • Using and managing the company ATS and CRM system.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
