Billing Specialist
Staffmark has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (Billing Specialist). This is a temporary position with an opportunity to be permanently place.
Overview:
As a customer service representative you will be responsible for timely and accurate research, response, and resolution to telephone, written, and walk-in inquires received from subscribers and other in regards to billing.
Pay Rate:
$8.75 during training (3-4 weeks)
$9.25 after training
Responsibilities:
• effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Route inquires to appropriate departments
• Researches inquiries and report for valid adjustments
• meets established quality and quantity standards for the position.
Work Schedules:
The call center hours of operation are Monday thru Friday shifts between 8am 6pm and weekends Saturday and Sunday 8am 5pm. Must be available to work various shift during that time frame.

Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent
1 year customer service experience
Proficient with computers
Above average math skills
Ability to maintain a routine and consistent attendance record
