Job Description

This is a contract position for up to 12 months in New York City (financial district).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze language data and classify according to guidelines, with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
• Provide ongoing feedback and analysis for evolving internally built tools and guidelines
• Identify and communicate efficiency gains for processes and procedures
• Become an expert in your subject matter domain
• Contribute training materials and train colleagues to be experts

Requirements

• Interest in working at a cutting edge technology company
• Strong attention to detail
• Internet/tech savvy-full command of internet navigation/research and software systems/regularly uses apps
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Ability to analyze and interpret written English
• Flexibility and comfort working in a constantly changing environment
• Naturally curious
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• No prior work experience required
• Must have at least a high school education
