Requirements:

General Construction / Maintenance Technicians, Electricians and Plumbers must meet the following:

• 2 years of previous maintenance or technical experience in a related field
• Must be comfortable working with an iPad
• Must be available to work rotating weekends
• Must be willing to drive up to 1 1/2  hours to job sites
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test
• Must have aptitude to communicate with customer, produce quality workmanship and provide outstanding customer service consistent with company standards

Responsibilities:

General Construction / Maintenance, Electricians and Plumbers must meet the following:

• Perform maintenance and mechanical duties for commercial buildings and related facilities, furnishings, and equipment
• The required duties may include, but not limited to, electrical installation and repair service, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, concrete work, heating, and related work
• May work independently, under supervision as a crafts-worker, or as a lead-worker over others to accomplish specific projects
