As a Big Ticket Customer Care Specialist, in our inbound Care Center you will create and follow up on post-delivery and warranty claims for furniture, bedding, and patio merchandise via phone. You will be responsible for establishing professional, yet personalized rapport with both internal and external customers in order to provide the best possible experience and solutions.
