POSITION SUMMARY
“To go orders” are a big part of Mary’s business, and the phone person is a very important part of maintaining customer satisfaction. Efficiency, courtesy, and friendliness are essential to keeping up the quality of our to-go service, and ease the tension of a busy night. (SMILE)
CORE EXPECTATIONS
•Ability to maintain Mary’s score cards standards
•Ensure customers are not on hold for more than sixty seconds
•Ensure all phone calls are answered within two rings
•Ability to listen and understand the customers needs
•Demonstrate Mary’s Upbeat Personality Philosophy
•Demonstrates Mary’s suggestive selling techniques
•Follow all Cash, Credit, House Charge and/or Check Transactions procedures
•Adhere to all Mary’s Dress Code Standards
