Job Description

We're currently seeking a Collections Representative for a contract opportunity in Hershey, PA with our partner, a provider of high quality water and waste water services.​

• Research delinquent accounts
• Update customer records
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to think independently with minimal supervision.
• SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• This is a 6-12 month contract assignment
