Esposto's delivers a wide variety of catering menus depending on the occasion. We operate in conjunction with our sister company - Your Party Rental Company, which delivers all your party needs - chairs, tents, linens, etc.
Esposto's Catering in South San Francisco is looking for an experienced, high energy, self-motivated and outgoing Catering Sales Manager to add to our team.
Position Summary: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for implementing sales strategies to maximize revenues, increase Catering events and promote a positive image of Esposto's Catering. Oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Catering Sales Manager:
- Correspond with clients via email, phone and in person to organize delivery/pickup orders and full service events in a timely manner for both Esposto's Catering and its subsidiary, Your Party Rental Company
- Provide leadership to Sales team focusing on coaching the individuals on effectiveness and productivity
- Conduct Site Visits with potential clients when needed
- Work with clients to finalize events and create a detailed plan for each event including but not limited to timing, floorplans, etc.
- Create contracts and assist with billing
- Increase sales by building relationships with corporate accounts and local venues to become preferred vendor for Esposto's Catering and Your Party Rental Company
- Assist Executive Chef in developing new menu items to keep with current trends
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Lead during initial setup for full service events.
- Schedule and maintain front of house event staff for full service events
- Resolve situations in a calm and professional manner
-Prior Sales and Food Industry knowledge
