Job Description

A Real Estate Portfolio Consultant (also known as a real estate agent) walks clients through the purchase or sale of a home. In this position, you will help clients understand the real estate market and will consult with them on how to sell their home and how to find a home that meets their needs. Real estate is an exhilarating industry that is always changing and appeals to consultants who are looking for a career that is challenging and stimulating. Consultants must have exemplary interpersonal skills and be able to balance a large portfolio of clients and real estate listings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategize with clients on how to best market and sell their home
  • Manage a large portfolio of real estate listings and keep it updated
  • Consult with clients on how to navigate the real estate transaction process
  • Mediate all real estate negotiations and answer any questions or concerns
  • Constantly communicate with the clients in your portfolio
  • Stay updated on your local real estate market
  • Advertise your real estate portfolio consultant services to your local community
