ABOUT THE JOB To make shopping at IKEA easy and convenient by providing our visitors with a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:

• I am helpful and friendly in my approach to customers. I provide accurate information to customers, always aiming for a win-win situation and for repeat business.
• I interact with and monitor the children who are signed in to the play facility.
• I am responsible to page parents/guardians, if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs (i.e. bathroom visits)
• I participate and entertain children with games and other approved activities.
• I strictly adhere to all of the IKEA play facility and safety and security policies and procedures.
• I ensure the IKEA store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and customers.

YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

• Patience monitoring and interacting with children
• Positive attitude, confidence in approaching customers.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
