FLO Assembly Operator

Client in Lindsay is seeking a qualified Flo assembly operator for immediate employment.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Material prep prior to each run
• Ensure equipment is ready to go: spin welder, air tester, sonic welder
• Keep all production supplies stocked (labels, stickers, etc)
• Ensure spin welding function provides ample flash for trimming
• Repair and retest any air test failures
• Air test and manually depress all spring check valves to ensure proper functionality
• Document and communicate any issues that arise from testing
• Pack in correct positioning in carton with extra shipping material as needed
• Keep work area cleaned, safe and organized
• Comply with all company safety policies to ensure safe working practices
• Document all product data on production sheet, including counts, part numbers and rejects.
• Help team mates if/when time permits
• Check parts for any contamination or breaks
  

Job Requirements:

• Min HS Diploma
• Lift 25 pounds
• Must read/write English or Spanish
• Able to work in hot and cold environments around moving mechanical parts in condensed work conditions.
• Mandatory protective gear: Z87 approved safety glasses, back brace, hearing protection, mesh sleeve
  

Varying shifts M-F, Some Saturdays
