Customer Service
POSITION SUMMARY
Field all incoming customer, technician and service agent calls and directs to appropriate location. For example: if a customer calls – agent verifies store information, warranty status, assigns diagnostic code, and begins claim process if needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Field all incoming customer, technician and service agent calls.
· Maintain various reports for assigned region.
. Any additional duties as needed by Claims Agent Supervisor, Service Manager or VP of Service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer Service and experience in a support role working with multiple departments and managers is required
Strong communication skills and good proficiency with MS Office

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and appropriately interpret documents such as vendor contracts, procedure manuals, etc. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and summarize investigations. Ability to speak effectively before department executives, senior management or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL and TECHNICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as accruals, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to utilize software programs such as MS Office and Warranty Central.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving employee situations.
OTHER
Demonstrated team building and coordination skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and work independently. Must meet company guidelines for attendance and punctuality. Must display a professional demeanor at all times, both in behavior and in grooming.
