Job Description

We're currently seeking a Network Management Consultant for a contract opportunity in Cary, NC with our partner. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.

This position is for an intermediate-level consultative resource that will be expected to be equally successful and skilled in both Network Security subject-matters and soft skills. This resource will be expected to also act as interface between IT and business. Engage in Network Security from the business perspective and have a holistic understanding of IT concepts to provide overall strategic, tactical, and thought leader type responsibilities.
 

As a Network Management Consultant, you will...

• Be responsible for analyzing and identifying issues of critical technical network security low level designs
• Work closely with Network Security Project Manager to identify key technical components as aligned to project requirements
• Conduct in depth technical design reviews and gap analysis and documentation.
• Provide assessment, design and implementation support for network security solutions
• Assist with service performance issues and service improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Top skill sets : Network Analysis,Local/Wide Area networks,Networking, Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls

• 6+ mths Contract
