New Jersey MENTOR is seeking a Direct Support Professional. Direct Care Staff assist individuals in accordance with the Service Plan for the purpose of direct care services, behavioral redirection, training, and support to address the functional/daily or community living skills needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues and/or emotional or behavioral challenges. These duties may be performed in one or more setting.
