Parts Room Associate
Job Summary
Maintain supplies database by inputting receipts, disbursements and returns. Maintain stocked items by verifying inventory; placing orders when order points are reached. Disburse items for verifying requisitions.
Detailed Description
- Maintaining safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Maintains stored items by keeping organized and labeled according to standards.
- Purchase items/parts availability management, able to source to various suppliers/vendors.
- Ability to accurately cycle count.
- Ability to assist in breakdown situations.
- Order, maintain and organize parts for yearly overhauls.
- Maintain past due orders.
- Attend monthly parts room call.
- Work order tracking and completion
- Ensure all assets are in Oracle/EAM from initial entry to weekly maintenance.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Required:
- 0-2 year(s) – Experience in the field

- Preferred:
- 2-4 years – Experience in the Field
