As a Quality Control technician you will play a critical role in delivering a world-class consumer experience to our customers by ensuring that all customer orders arrive on time, with 100% accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect packing quality, product aesthetics, and test overall system functionality
  • Meticulously follow quality control SOPs/Guidelines to ensure product accuracy & effectiveness  
  • Maintain various logs documenting every order to evaluate process efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. 
  • Recommend changes in SOP's, production standards, administrative procedures, and other actions that will improve overall departmental quality
  • Package every alarm system so that each customer has an exceptional, unparalleled out-of-the-box experience
  • Conduct frequent internal quality audits
  • Assist with any other priorities as needed in the department

Qualifications: 

 

  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Highly accountable; with a strong commitment to performing and producing the highest level of quality at all times.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations with the capability to multi-task and appropriately handle competing priorities
  • Strong aptitude to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Positive attitude focused on delivering world-class customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, cutting edge, metric-driven environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and department procedure
  • General computer skills with experience in MS Office applications
  • Intermediate typing proficiency - no "Hunt and Peck" typing
  • Finger dexterity to manipulate security equipment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
