Part-time Front Desk Receptionist

 

We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist at  premier independent living community. Our community prides itself on our many amenities and quality of services and facilities, in a friendly, energetic environment. This position will provide telephone and administrative support services at our Front Desk for 16 hours per week and to fill in on an “as needed basis”.  Must be available to work weekends and regular weekly shifts.

Our candidate will have three years of administrative experience and must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. We seek an energetic, dependable, self-starter who is well organized, with an ability to multi-task.

 

Job duties will include:

 

  • Answering multiple phone lines and routing those calls to the appropriate people
  • Greeting customers and visitors
  • Providing general company information to callers and visitors
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail/packages and keeping the reception area clean and inviting
  • Operate office equipment - fax, copy, scanners, postage meter
  • Take and relay messages
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

 

 

Candidate will be entitled to daily on-site lunch, and participate in a year-end bonus program.
