Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services  / Housekeeping Manager 1 for Capital Health Medical Center, located in two locations.  Hopewell is located in Hopewell Township, conveniently located right off the exit of 3B on I - 95. Regional Medical Center is located in Trenton, New Jersey.

Regional Medicate Center is a medical center with a long history of servicing the region.  The hospital includes our state designated comprehensive stroke center ( part of the Capital Institute for Neurosciences ), the Level II Bristol - Myers Squibb Trauma Center, Mercer County's designated Emergency Mental Health Services Center and the country's first dedicated, the Center for Neurologic Emergency Medicine.  Capital Heath Regional Medical Center also provides inpatient and outpatient radiology services, Dialysis, and numerous other medical services. 

  Looking for someone who can  drive employee engagement.  In  this role, you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) Operational Budgets (Sodexo & Client), quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient and customer satisfactions.

  This is position needed for various shifts,  with some required rotational weekends and holidays. Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
