Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services /Operations Manager 2 at Baltimore, Maryland.   This is a 350 bed acute care hospital located in Baltimore where Sodexo will provide hotel services. Employees are unionized. High focus on metrics and the patient experience.  Unit has integrated support services. 

 

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years Environmental Services Management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting along with solid knowledge of Environmental Services Systems, Labor budgets, and processes including customer service, and employee training. Must possess high energy for a fast paced environment.  Must be able to drive HCAHPS results to a high level and understand ENGAGE patient satisfaction process.  Overall, this position will need to motivate hourly staff, increase cleaning quality to a very high level and improve throughput for the patient care process. Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
