Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain Center appearance through established facility cleanliness standards
  • Possesses good decision making & problem solving skills
  • Understands impact of secret shopper scores on business
  • Respected by peers to ensure seamless transition to supervisor role
  • Able to assist with interview process
  • Holds self and others accountable for creating a culture of high performance
  • Ability to expand job responsibilities and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes
  • Attends weekly manager meeting
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of mediums using both verbal and written skills
  • Responsive and empathetic to guest needs; maintains guest focus while driving improvement and innovation
  • Recognizes core competencies of the company and makes decisions to protect the brand
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner when conducting business

Minimum Job Requirments

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • TABC and Servsage Food Handlers Certification
  • Minimum of eighteen months experience with Main Event and/or minimum of two years supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
  • Possess a current knowledge of Main Event faciliries and activities
  • Professional appearance based on Main Event grooming and dress standards
  • Must express a desire for a management career with Main Event
  • Must complete a revised version of the Main Event Manager Training Program
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Possesses an attention to detail, ability to multi-task and ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions in a fast paced environment
  • Possess excellent customer service and employee relation skills
  • Must meet Company requirements for credit and background checks
  • A college degree preferred
  • Successful completion of Main Event Entertainment Alcohol Awareness Test and Shift Supervior Training Program
