Production Assistant

A manufacturing facility in Azusa, CA is looking for a Production Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities:

OUTSIDE PROCESSING
Issue Po's to vendors for parts being sent for processing
Receive them when they return
Look online at customer websites for approved vendors
Input grinding department timecards

PRODUCTION
Work on reports
Release work orders
Miscellaneous filing

SHIPPING
Assist Shipping Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to use computer terminal, 10 key adding machine, type 45 wpm, computer literate (word &
  Excel), file in a 4 drawer file and be able to lift 30 lbs from to floor to stackforsake shelf
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is required
• Ale to lift, carry, and twist at least 50 lbs of material.
• Able to communicate to give warnings and is able to work around shipping crates without falling
• Understanding of people & the use of common sense.
• Workable knowledge of industry, market, customers and vendors is essential.

The starting pay rate is $14.00-16.00 per hour

1st shift - M-F (start time is 6 am)
