About this job

Our client is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative for CONTRACT TO HIRE who will be handling inbound calls from individuals who are work at one of the Major National Client accounts (Large Companies who have locations all across the nation).

These individuals will be responsible for answering customer questions pertaining
Their health insurance product
General questions about their health insurance plan and the benefits
Questions about the clinics & hospitals that fall within their network
Questions about their deductable, out of pocket, and maximums of their plan.
Questions about their claims and if they were billed correctly for the claim.
Questions about their eligibility or change of plans during open enrollment

1) They are looking for candidates who have at least 1 year of retail, customer service, restaurant or call center experience AND are open to college grads who truely want to be in customer service in a call center.

2) Must be able to pass these 3 tests
* Call Center Data Entry [audio]
* Call Center Listening Skills [audio]
* Customer Service Mindset Survey

3) Must be able to train from 8:00am - 4:30pm for the first 8 weeks with NO DAYS OFF than must be able to transition to 11am - 8pm shift full time or FLEX SCHEDULE (7am-8pm flexible schedule- you will know your schedule a month in advance- one week you could work 7-330pm, the next, 10-7pm or 1130-8pm)
