Primary Responsibilities:

Develop working relationships with key business partners / stakeholders
Manage all aspects of large-scale business priority projects with significant financial impact
Effectively perform project/program management role including creation and utilization of support tools:  Charter / Scope, Project Plan, IRAD/Issue Log, Process Flows,
CBA, FMEA, Control Plan, Lessons Learned, Close Document, etc.
Ability to engage multiple functional partners (Telecom, Technology, Facilities, Operations, Training, Reporting. Product, Quality, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, etc.) in a highly matrixed environment to effectively execute on initiatives
Understand strategic priorities, develop innovative approaches and implement effective solutions that support business priorities – think strategically and deliver tactically
Ability to quickly develop a highly functioning project team, influencing/leading without direct authority to drive project to successful completion
Partner with business leaders on all initiative phases , including the drive to achieve scope clarity and quantifying outcomes
Skill, willingness and drive to go extremely deep to analyze, solution, prioritize alternatives and drive implementation
Ensure deliverables are met within scope / timeframe / resource triple constraint
Develop, communicate and implement program / project risk / issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
Drive end to end project execution per the defined program plan and in alignment with Stakeholder expectations
Lead and drive change from undefined / conceptual state through creation, implementation and maintenance / close
Appropriately assess and drive closure on issues / barriers with no delay in order to ensure success of project
Function in a multi-project environment with changing priorities
Anticipate customer needs, proactively develop solutions, gain acceptance, then implement flawlessly
Effectively and appropriately communicate / disseminate critical information to multiple audiences

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
5+ years of experience working with Business Stakeholders within a Cross-Functional matrix environment
1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation
3+ years in Business Execution Strategy and Planning
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership 
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with Healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands and competing deadlines
Working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
Support of OptumHealth product areas, ranging from Clinical Management products, Wellness, Financial Services, Behavioral, etc.
Advanced level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
