Maintenance Planner

A Maintenance Planner job in Cleveland, Ohio is available through Adecco Engineering and Technology. This individual will be responsible for documenting maintenance work orders in the company's SAP system or PM system. This person will be responsible for SAP PM Modules, creating maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance scheduling a team of Maintenance Technicians on all three shifts. This person will also be responsible for computer documentation (which is highly important) and assisting with 5s work and tracking. This is a long term Contract position with an innovative company advanced in multiple industries that has been in business more than 75 years.

The Maintenance Planner job responsibilities include:

• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical machinery and tasks
• Preventive maintenance tasks
• Assisting with 5S work
• Scheduling a team of 7 Maintenance Technicians on three shifts
• Inputting documentation and tracking in the company's SAP system
• Creating new maintenance procedures and following through with implementing them on the team
• Working within a PM computer system to distribute work orders and schedule maintenance team
• Daily walk through and check ins

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ Year experience as a Maintenance Technician/Scheduler/Planner with experience scheduling Maintenance Technicians  
• 1st shift 7am to 3pm, 30 min lunch
• PM System experience, SAP is preferred
• Electrical and mechanical background and experience
• Technical knowledge and strong computer skills
