Honey Dew Associates, Inc., the corporate office of Honey Dew Donuts® is looking for a well-qualified individual to assist in the management of the corporate training store.

 

Assistant Manager would be responsible for the following:

* Assist the Store Manager to oversee shift operations by working with employees to ensure outstanding customer service

* Help maximize sales and control food, labor and other operating costs

* Maintains shift operations by following Honey Dew policies and standard operating procedures

* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment following and enforcing sanitation, standards and procedures

Assistant Manager characteristics should include:

* Experience with controlling all operational costs

* Experience with managing a team

* Outstanding customer service skills

* Possess great communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

* Time management and detail oriented

* Self-Motivated with a High Energy Level
