The position will require:
- 2 to 4 years prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry with responsibility for financial results
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver quality products and great service
- Ability to control food and labor costs without sacrificing quality
- Communicate, train and promote quality standards to the restaurant crew members
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service and ability to professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns
- MUST know how to have FUN at work while maintaining our image and standards
You must be at least 18 years of age, have a good driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Receive a hiring bonus after 90 days of employment (Omaha, NE Corporate locations only)
