Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) - Interlude Restorative Suites is seeking a Clinical and Quality Director to join it's team in supporting and improving clinical services within Interlude. The primary purpose of this position is to provide operational support and coordination to Interlude initiatives across parent organizations while ensuring consistency of clinical practice, branding, marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

The Clinical and Quality Director is responsible for providing operational support and coordination to Interlude initiatives across parent organizations while ensuring consistency of clinical practice, branding, marketing and operations.

Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
  • Manage communication and information flow across parent organizations. Provide updates to leadership and other internal stakeholders on operations and quality.
  • Facilitate franchise standard for site uniformity and deliver out
  • Develop and lead hospitality training.
  • Implement practices laid out in initial planning, such as priority registration
  • Establish and maintain a centralized document system to enable consistent information, policies, and brand elements across organizations
  • Maintain quality scorecard and provide regular outcome updates to stakeholders
  • Serve on Hospital clinical committees as needed/requested
  • Maintain common clinical policies related to Interlude standards
  • Maintain and update the clinical elements of care pathways across organizations; ensure adherence to care pathways
  • Lead care pathway training for staff in partnership with shared educator; updated clinical pathway education monthly
  • Add clinical education as appropriate and oversee process
  • Monitor for use of common admission criteria
  • Track key clinical outcomes and develop action items for measures not meeting targets
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across parent organizations, including
    • Ensuring use of common online and print marketing collateral
    • Coordinating development of a comprehensive social media plan
    • Clinical pathway brochure creation
    • Delivery of outcomes to Interlude partners
    • Connecting social workers, discharge planners, etc.to provider teams
  • Manage critical relationships within Allina
  • Design and implement strategies to engage stakeholders across Allina Health to increase awareness of Interlude
  • Partner with various Allina clinical service lines to advance clinical partnership around care pathway populations


Qualifications
  • RN or LPN pursuing RN degree and with related experience; current license for state(s) served.
  • 2+ years experience as a Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various payor sources.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills; adaptability, flexibility, and creativity. Ability to communicate with a variety of people.
  • Demonstrated competency presenting to large groups.
  • Ability to travel to various sites and work a flexible schedule as needed to support site and organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers .
