OVERVIEW

Our fun, entrepreneurial company is seeking an upbeat and positive, Customer Loyalty Specialist to ensure that every customer has a memorable shopping experience. This individual should have a strong work ethic, impressive communication skills (written and oral) and a pleasant demeanor.

PAY, SCHEDULE & PERKS
* $12 per hour
* Full-time, 30 -40 hours per week, Monday -- Friday 
* Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 7:00 am -- 3:30 pm (subject to change seasonally)
Training schedule may also fall between 8 am to 4 pm.

REPORTS TO: Customer Loyalty Lead and Customer Loyalty Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers via email, phone, live chat, social media and in person with our local pick-up customers. 
* Collaborate with Team Lead and Manager to discuss problems, identify trends and share solutions.
* Maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
* Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction. 
* Maintain all logs and reporting documentation accurately as required.
* Partner with other departments to enhance customer experience (warehouse, marketing, merchandising)
* Complete special projects as requested

QUALIFICATIONS
* 1 year call center or customer service work experience preferred
* Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* PC literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database Management programs
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must have a reliable means of transportation.
