Under general supervision, the LDA Advisor monitors the Leadership Development Associate (LDA)’s experience, performance, program progress, as well as partners with key players of the ACE program to provide advice and guidance for the program’s ultimate success. Focuses on the engagement and retention of ACE participants and promotes the development of the general well-being and success of LDAs enrolled in the ACE Program.
