The Nitty Gritty:

Must have mastery skills in managing people and business
Education bio must read high school diploma or equivalent
Have a valid driver’s license with insurance and have access to adequate transportation
Meet the background check requirement criteria
Minimum commitment of 45 hours per week with shifts varying in times and lengths
