About this job

Overview:

Responsible for all administrative and clerical functions reporting to a director level executive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • General administrative support to Director level executive.
  • Answer phones, correspondence, calendars
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Any other function management deems essential

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

May handle additional responsibilities management deems appropriate.

Education and/or Experience:

PC skills required; excel and word
