About this job

Performs all billing and collecting activities to manage the accounts receivables for the SLHS Physician Enterprise CBO. Activities include but are not limited to charge review, payment posting, account follow up and reconciliation resolutions with payers, payment plans or financial assistance customer service and identifying trends.

The Primary responsibilities of this position will be performing customer service duties, which includes answering calls through our call center, reviewing patient's accounts, answering billing/EOB questions and accepting payments on account.

Required:

High School diploma.

Customer service experience required.

Preferred:

Medical background preferred.
