On behalf of ABCmouse.com, Headway Workforce Solutions is looking for Sales Associates to join our unique ABCmouse.com mall carts. As a Sales Associate, you will educate and encourage families as they strive to build a solid foundation for their children's individual academic success.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail and/or sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Able to work during peak selling periods including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Unyielding belief in company, the product and yourself
  • Excellent communication skills

As a Sales Associate, you will…

  • Provide excellent guest service while delivering consistent sales results
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ABCMouse.com product, benefits and merchandise for sale
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with executive leadership style
  • Manage cash and inventory control
